Our story

Why we built Paiscaler.

We saw the same problem everywhere in India's mid-market: ambitious companies with real products, real customers, and real potential — stuck because their growth infrastructure couldn't keep up. 10+ disconnected tools. Manual follow-up. Brilliant salespeople chasing cold leads at 11pm.

The enterprise had Salesforce and full-stack marketing teams. The tiny startup had lean tools and scrappiness. But the company doing ₹5–50 crore? They were caught in the middle — too complex for simple tools, too lean for enterprise solutions.

Paiscaler was founded by Pankaj Narula and Dr. Preeti Lodha — IIT and Cornell-trained technologists with a combined 20+ years in AI/ML, enterprise software, and consumer markets — to solve this specific problem.

We started with consulting to understand the problem deeply. Then we built Autonom — an AI Growth OS that gives a 2-person sales team the power of a team of 20. Then Scanr, to solve the Google Ads waste problem that costs businesses crores every year. We're just getting started.
